Monitoring - Update: Further Security Patches to be Deployed for PHP Vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 / CVE-2026-109619)

Previous versions were backported. The new releases will show the updated versions.

We have deployed security updates across our hosting environment to address the recent PHP vulnerabilities.

Before the official PHP updates were even released, we deployed custom Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules to inspect and protect the portal against these exploits.

These servers now receive the full PHP patches outlined below.

ea-php builds with the PHP.net version numbers are now in the stable repositories:
- ea-php82: 8.2.35-1
- ea-php83: 8.3.36-1
- ea-php84: 8.4.27-1
- ea-php85: 8.5.12-1

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Identified - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress with our hosting provider.

Over the next 72 hours, the host server will undergo rolling kernel updates.

This maintenance is required to apply the latest PHP base updates and maintain overall infrastructure security for the server and the portal.

Overview:
Over the next 72 hours, there will be rolling kernel updates on the host server.
This maintenance is required to apply the latest PHP base updates and maintain overall infrastructure security for the server and the portal.

Expected Impact:
To minimise disruption, the update and reboot may take some time. Our applications may run on an affected host, and you may experience a brief connectivity interruption when that machine restarts to apply the new kernel.

Because this is a rolling update across a 72-hour window, the entire site may go offline at various times. We expect downtime to be limited to the time it takes to complete the reboot process and the new DNS Propagation.
